Great spot for exploring

We stayed 3 nights in an apartment. Super spacious and really close to shops, which was a big plus. The breakfast had decent options, and the pool was nice and clean. Unfortunately, the bathroom felt a bit cramped, not ideal for a family. Overall, we had a great time!

Had an awesome group vacation with friends! We enjoyed our time at the 3-D Movie Theater with dinosaurs and sharks. Played some fun basketball. The breakfast was great, too! Just a heads up, the pool chairs could use some fixing up.

One staff member at check-in was really rude and it put a damper on our arrival.

i previously stayed in gatlinburg but my experience here was way better. the room was spotless and the comfy beds helped me relax after long days of exploring. breakfast was impressive with fresh waffles and hot coffee, really exceeded my expectations!
